I have spent every summer of my life up north, fishing the Cisco Chain and soaking in the peace of Big Lake.  These days it’s me and my dog Roscoe on the boat – he’s a fishing dog.  This place is not just somewhere I visit. It is part of who I am. From quiet mornings on the water to dinners at local restaurants, the Northwoods has always felt like home.

That is why I created Up North Acupuncture & Wellness. I wanted to bring natural, effective healthcare to the community I have loved my whole life. Land O’ Lakes deserves care that is personal, grounded, and truly supportive. I am proud to offer that kind of care to everyone here.

Right now, I live in Appleton and work in Appleton (Appleton Acupuncture) and travel up every Thursday to see patients in Land O’ Lakes on Fridays.  As my practice grows, I will be adding Saturdays and eventually transitioning to 4 days a week.  My goal is to live and work here in Land O’ Lakes full-time, winding down my Appleton practice and becoming part of this community in every way.  I’d love to see that happen by Summer 2026.

Outside of work, I am a mom of two. My daughter is finishing law school at Marquette, and my son is serving in the Navy out in Virginia. When I am not working, I love to fish, visit my favorite spots around town, and support other local businesses.
